We use UltraMate computerized estimating software that will give you a detailed line-item description of all labor charges and part replacements for your vehicle. We provide you with the print-out and explain the repair process in detail. With over 30 years of auto body collision repair experience we are able to give you a more accurate repair estimate which will allow you to make a much better decision.
If you are making a collision claim against insurance then we will work your insurance company to receive approval for our estimate or we may use the estimate provided by your insurance company adjuster.
Know Your Rights
You have the right to select your repairer. Name the repairer of your choice to the tow truck operator and the Insurance Company. You do not have to accept any repairer they appoint. Insurance companies insist on a repairer being reputable, experienced and reliable. Elden Collision Center assures you of these essential qualities.

Most importantly we have expert paint matching solutions: Any time you replace a panel or repair a panel near another panel you need to blend into the adjacent panels to achieve a blendable paint match. It is the seam between the two panels that helps the eye differentiate between two colors so you need to blend across that seam so the eye cannot detect a difference in color.

If the damage to your vehicle requires that certain parts be replaced then we offer you three choices: original parts (OEM), aftermarket, or quality recycled parts. By electing to have us install aftermarket/ QRP parts you may save up to 40% on parts replacement costs.
We do not employ an up-sell system. In fact we have no commissioned salesman at our repair facility. We want to develop a long-term relationship with you based on trust and quality workmanship. Our advisor and technician compensation is directly tied to customer satisfaction surveys not commissions based on gross profit per Repair Order like most local car Dealers and national repair chains.
The hourly rates we charge for labor, paint and mechanical are based on a local survey of similar auto body shops and we are very competitive. We are so sure that our labor rates are competitive that we are willing to give you 15% OFF any repair estimate you have received based on similar quality workmanship.

Our investment in new enhanced equipment allows us to better service your mechanical repair needs such as digital 3D enabled wheel alignment machines to more accurately diagnose your vehicle’s problems saving you needless repairs. For example, we are able to give you a computer print-out of your angles before the wheel alignment showing you the misaligned wheels. Subsequently after wheel alignment we will show you how those angles have been adjusted to give you perfectly straight steering.
